About Ante Barisic
I'm a polymath, autodidact. Contemporary art is my last interest in life. As always, exploring something new is my priority. What is already there is not my area of interest. I appreciate many artists, but I have no specific role models. I want to be and stay what I am. Writing a biography about myself in the classical artistic sense, (formally understood), does not correspond to my way of learning, expressing, creating or evaluating. I'm not a dealer and I have no desire to emphasize my artistic expression to others, so I'll leave the evaluation of my works to some new generations. If someone likes what I'm doing and wants to own some of my artwork, I'll take it as a big endorsement of what I'm working on.
